We will confirm service availability and an estimated dispatch and delivery window after reviewing your order and location. Timelines are estimates; remote locations, courier disruptions, weather and public holidays may affect arrival.
Order processing
We dispatch after stock and the required payment have been confirmed. Payment on Delivery requires a ₦5,000 commitment payment before dispatch, credited toward your order total; the remaining balance is payable at delivery. Delivery
Provide a reachable phone number and complete address. A courier may contact you to arrange delivery. Inspect the package upon arrival where practical and report visible transit damage or a missing item promptly with photos and the order number. We will assist with a delivery issue and your statutory rights remain available.
Changes or failed delivery
Contact us as soon as possible to change an address before dispatch. If an address is incorrect or delivery is repeatedly missed, we will discuss a new delivery arrangement and disclose any applicable additional courier cost before proceeding. If Korent cannot dispatch your order, you may cancel and receive a refund of amounts paid.
